People were unknown about the capabilities of computers at that time. computer are limited only in government offices at that time in Nepal after introducing microcomputers in 1982 private sectors and people stated using computer for their private work and in this 21th century they use computers in almost all the fields.so
hacker have great chances to steal money through computer. we can't say this type of frauds will not happy Nepal.
